XII International competition-festival of music, art and folk art "Russian fairy tale was established by the Creative Association" Triumph "with the support of the St. Petersburg State Institution of Culture and Further Education" Institute of Cultural Programs ".

The international competition-festival of music, art and folk art "Russian Fairy Tale" is a significant event in the festival life of the country. The contest is supported by many state structures among them: the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Committee for Youth Policy of the Administration of the Leningrad Region.

In addition, the Russian Ethnographic Museum provides support for the conduct of the festival.

Creative association "Triumph" is prestigious international contests-festivals of children's and youthful creativity, combined with an extensive excursion program. A series of competitions-festivals are held in different cities of the world for many years. Every year the level of preparation and organization of events is being improved, the geography of projects is expanding, and the number of participants is growing.

OBJECTIVES AND OBJECTIVES OF THE FESTIVAL: The competition-festival is held in order to identify and support talented youth, popularize art in its performing and pedagogical aspects, and also to open new names and talents in the field of arts. Also the objectives of the competition are: preservation and development of the traditions of the multinational culture of the Russian Federation; familiarity of participants with the cultural wealth of the peoples of the world; increase the professional level of team leaders; holding master classes, creative meetings and roundtables for managers; the development of tolerance among young people and an adequate understanding of other cultures, ways of self-expression and manifestation of human individuality; exchange of experience between teams, leaders and teachers; support of permanent creative contacts between them, their unification within the framework of the festival movement; creation of an atmosphere for professional communication of participants of the competition, exchange of experience and repertoire; attracting producers and organizers of concerts for further contacts with collectives and soloists participating in the competition, for organizing tours and participation in foreign festivals, competitions and concerts; attracting attention of state, international, commercial and public organizations to the problems of creative teams and performers; coverage of the creativity of children and youth in the media. Implementation of the decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On approval of the foundations of the state cultural policy" No. 808 of December 24, 2014.

There will be solo competitions, creative meetings, a fair of song phonograms, an excursion program for St. Petersburg and the nearest palaces and suburbs. Visiting theaters, museums. Solemn ceremony of rewarding of participants of festival-competition and Gala-concert of winners.

Performances of participants will be held at one of the best scenes of the city - in the concert hall "St. Petersburg".

Elite concert hall "St. Petersburg" - an excellent venue, located in the historic center of the city. The hall is equipped with all necessary concert equipment for holding events at the highest level. Employees of the Concert Hall - experts in light, sound, administrators are real experts in their field.

At the contest-festival there will be solo competitions, creative meetings, master classes, a fair of song phonograms, an excursion program in St. Petersburg and the nearest palaces and suburbs. Visiting theaters, museums. Ceremony of rewarding of participants and Gala-concert of competition-festival.

Within the framework of the competition-festival, participants can take part and improve their skills at master classes from professional teachers in various creative disciplines, gain theoretical knowledge and practical advice from experienced artists in the field of art.

- participation in master classes for contestants is free,
- the visit is strictly by appointment,
- at the end of the master class, a certificate of his passing is issued,
- all information received in the master class can be used in further creative activity.

  • Irish Dance

All the participants of the master class will be able to get acquainted with the incendiary Irish dances. Contestants will learn to beat the rhythm of the Irish jig, learn the difference between "soft" and "tough" technique, and also, what is a "keili"!

Teacher: Nastasya Belaya (Finland, Imatra) - head of the studio "Mirkwood". Teacher of Irish dance with more than 15 years of experience, winner of international competitions, leading master classes throughout Russia.

  • Hawaiian Dance

During the master class all contestants will plunge into the inexpressible atmosphere of the southern islands and will be imbued with the philosophy of Hawaiian dance, which will enable them to understand its basics and enrich its own choreographic base.

Teacher: Elena Shandrikova (Russia, St. Petersburg) - head of the studio of Hawaiian dances "Aloha".

  • Tatar folk dance

In the Tatar folk dance, subjects, costumes, the unique culture of Tatarstan was reflected, traditional music and movements convey the character of the people. Master the basic movements, learn a few "patterns" and get to know one of the most beautiful ways of expressing feelings and thoughts of the people - Tatar dance will be able to participants of this master class!

Teacher: Gulnara Ganima (Russia, Kazan) - the head of the school-studio "Altyn".

  • Acting skills

The question of the correct preservation of the image is relevant for everyone who comes on the scene. At the master class, under the strict guidance of a professional teacher, each participant will be able to try their hand at embodying complex stage images, get used to the role and faithfully convey the character's style.

Teacher: Leonid Alexandrovich Alimov (Russia, St. Petersburg) - actor, a graduate of the St. Petersburg Theatrical Academy (workshop of Lev Dodin). From 1994 to 2004 worked in the Academic Small Drama Theater (Theater of Europe, St. Petersburg).

IV. THEATRICAL CREATIVITY (Miniatures, excerpts from performances, art reading, puppet theater, mimicry and gesture theater, musical theater, fashion theater)
V. FINE ARTS: Painting, Graphics, Photography
VI. EXHIBITION OF APPLIED ART: sculpture of small forms in the interior, jewelry art, sculptural and jewelry techniques: metal-plastic, cutting metal, coding, hand-forging, casting, chasing. Carving on the bone, costume design, graphic design, batik cold and hot, free painting, heel and print, tapestry, remake art, collage, quilt, art felt, textile doll, hand-made paper, linocut, lithograph, woodcut, etching, , and others.
VII. COMPETITION COSTUME. SPECIAL PRIZES (Best national costume, Show 2 minutes, Best creative number, Show 2 minutes, Best model, show in defile, Best stage costume, show in defile.) For all participants of the costume contest, master classes on stage movement and wearing skills will be conducted costume).

AGE CATEGORIES AND NOMINATIONS.

Up to 6 years; from 7 to 8 years; from 9 to 10 years; from 11 to 12 years; from 13 to 15 years; from 16 to 18 years; from 18 to 25 years; over 25 years of age; mixed group. In the team of each age category, no more than 30% of participants younger or older than the specified age range are allowed. For example, in a team declared in the age category "9-10 years", up to 30% of the composition may be less than 9 years old or over 10 years old.

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT. Participants of all nominations can perform competitive works with live music or have audio tracks on a USB flash drive or CD in audio format (WAV / WAVE or MP3), signed as follows: track title, collective or soloist's name (for example: " Russian dance ", an anonymous Kalinka). On the USB-drive or CD-ROM there should be no other files, except the competitive program.

The Organizing Committee has the right to place festival photo and video materials of collectives in the global Internet and use them in advertising products without coordination with the team or individual performer.

PROGRAM OF PERFORMANCE: each collective - participant of the contest-festival presents a program of performances with a total duration of up to 8 minutes (two pieces). Collectives in the nomination of theatrical creativity, represent an excerpt from the play, with a total duration of up to 10 minutes. Soloists and duets of nominations "pop vocal" and "dance creativity" represent one work. The soloists of the nomination "Instrumental Creativity" and "People's Vocal" represent two works with a total duration of no more than 7 minutes. If the program of performance exceeds 7 minutes, the jury has the right to withdraw the participant from the competition. In the nomination "fine art" and "applied art" participation takes place in the format of an exhibition that takes place during the contest-festival. Within one participation can be submitted from two to four works, the size (for arts and crafts - the area of the foundation) 50x70cm or less.

JURY: the composition of the jury, headed by the chairman, is formed and approved by the organizing committee of the contest-festival of famous artists, teachers of creative universities, directors, leaders of creative groups, cultural figures and artists. The list of the jury was not disclosed before the start of the contest-festival. At the end of the contest-festival participants and teachers have the opportunity to discuss with contestants the contest performances and exchange opinions

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA AND AWARDING WINNERS:

Competitive performances of participants are evaluated according to generally accepted criteria: technical mastery (according to nomination), artistry, complexity of repertoire, creation of artistic image, etc.

PRIZES AND AWARDS: All collectives, participants of the festival competition, and soloists are awarded memorable cups and diplomas. In each nomination and age category, the titles of Laureate I, II, III degrees, as well as the titles of Diplomant I, II III degrees are conferred. Soloists, owners of the Grand Prix, are awarded a free trip to one of the contest-festivals in Europe or Russia; collectives, owners of the Grand Prix, receive a certificate approved by the certificate, which can be used to travel to one of the festival-competitions in Europe or in Russia. The amount of the grant is used at a time, solely for payment not more than 50% of the cost of the trip. Also, special diplomas and titles were created: "Best choreographer", "Best accompanist", "Diploma for Artistry", "Diploma to the youngest participant", "Best teacher", "For the preservation of national cultural traditions".

Guests will see the main sights of St. Petersburg: Nevsky Prospekt, Strelka of the Vasilievsky Island, the building of the Kunstkamera and the University, Palace Square and the Winter Palace, the Admiralty, St. Isaac's Cathedral and the Bronze Horseman, the Mariinsky Palace, the Kazan Cathedral, the Church of the Savior on the Blood, the Field of Mars, , Peter and Paul Fortress, mosque, cruiser "Aurora". As part of the tour, there are several stops for taking photographs (photo-stops). Visiting museums is not included in the excursion.
